The Fine Print (But We Kept It Real, Not Boring)
Welcome to House of Nails India
Before you click “buy now” and fill up your cart with gorgeous nails, let’s talk about the boring legal stuff. We’re not trying to hide anything; this is just us covering our bases while also being super transparent about how we operate.
1. ORDERING & PURCHASE TERMS
Who Can Order?
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. If you’re under 18, ask your guardian’s permission (and maybe they’ll buy you some nails as a gift—just saying).
What You’re Buying
When you purchase House of Nails clip-on nails, you’re buying a cosmetic product that’s reusable and designed for repeated wear. Each set comes with sizing rings, application instructions, and one bottle of our premium nail glue (if you opt for the full kit).
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices, but if you’ve already placed an order, your price is locked in.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and other secure payment methods. Your payment information is encrypted and secure. We never store your full credit card details.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We hand-pack each order with care, which means it’s not instant, but it’s definitely worth the wait.
Shipping Address
Make sure your shipping address is correct before you hit “confirm order.” We ship to all addresses across India, but if your location is particularly remote, we’ll contact you to confirm feasibility.
Shipping Times
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days from the date we ship. We’ll provide you with a tracking number, and you can follow your nails’ journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on orders above ₹799. For orders below that, shipping is ₹99. (Honestly, just hit that ₹799 mark and get free shipping—we make it worth it.)
Delayed Deliveries
If your order doesn’t arrive within 10 business days, contact us immediately. We’ll investigate and either send a replacement or refund your shipping charges.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Window
You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange your order. That’s a full week to open the package, check everything out, and decide if it’s for you.
What Can Be Returned?
– Nails that arrived damaged
– Wrong sizes (our mistake, your win)
– Defective products
– Items that don’t match the description
What Can’t Be Returned
– Nails that have been applied and worn
– Nails that show signs of wear
– Missing or damaged packaging (unless it’s *our* fault)
How to Return

2. Provide proof of delivery and photos of the issue
3. We’ll send you a return label (free)
4. Pack it up and ship it back
5. Once we receive it, you’ll get a refund or replacement
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return. We’ll credit the amount back to your original payment method.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & DISCLAIMERS
What Our Nails Are Made Of
Our clip-on nails are made from premium ABS plastic with UV-cured gel polish designs. They’re durable, reusable, and designed to be gentle on your natural nails (as long as you remove them correctly—see our How to Remove & Rescue guide).
Storage & Care
Store your nails in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Extreme heat or cold might affect them (they’re nails, not superheroes). Keep them in the original packaging when you’re not wearing them.
Allergen Information
If you have sensitive skin or allergies to nail polish or acrylic, do a patch test before wearing. While we use high-quality materials, everyone’s skin is different.
Not Medical Advice
Our removal guide and care tips are suggestions, not medical advice. If you experience pain, allergic reactions, or nail damage, see a professional. We’re nail enthusiasts, not doctors.
5. USER ACCOUNTS & DATA
Creating an Account
When you create an account with us, you agree to provide accurate information. Don’t make a fake account or pretend to be someone else (obviously).
Data Privacy
We take your data seriously. Your personal information, payment details, and order history are encrypted and stored securely. We won’t sell your data to third parties, and we won’t spam your inbox with unwanted emails. (We’ll send you order updates and maybe some cool new collection announcements, but that’s it.)

Our website uses cookies to improve your experience. You can manage cookie settings in your browser if you want to be mysterious about it.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Designs
All nail designs, images, and content on our website are the property of House of Nails India. You can’t copy, reproduce, or use them without permission. This includes not taking photos of our nails and selling them as your own (yeah, we’ve seen it happen).
Your Content
If you share photos or testimonials of our nails on social media, you grant us permission to repost them (with credit, obviously). We’ll tag you and hype you up.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
What We’re Not Responsible For
– Damage to your nails due to improper removal (that’s on you, but we gave you a guide)
– Natural nail growth or changes while wearing our nails
– Nail damage caused by using our nails with harsh chemicals
– Issues caused by allergic reactions to nail polish
What We Are Responsible For
– Products that arrive damaged (we’ll replace them)
– Defective nails (we’ll fix it)
– Your general happiness and nail goals
8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We might update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll let you know, and the updated terms will apply to future orders. Your current orders are covered under the terms that existed when you placed them.
